Naomi is an experienced executive, leadership and health coach, facilitator and supervisor, also working as an academic General Practitioner within the National Health Service. Drawing on her background and training in management, appraisal, professional support and development, medicine, and work with international GPs, her empathic style and inclusive style is well suited to the support and encouragement required in a coaching and training context. Conversations with clients from all backgrounds encompass wide-ranging areas including career and/or life transitions, future planning, relationship conflict, and dealing with loss. The aim is to help each individual or team to go from good to great and to identify and lessen the impact of barriers to progression.
Previously working as a partner in General Practice, she now works as a Coach, Programme Director and Trainer for Health Education England, and as an Educational Supervisor for NHS England & Improvement. Individual clients come from a range of backgrounds - both within and outside medicine. With CoachDoc, she has worked with organisations such as Westminster Clinical Commissioning Group, Faculty of Medical Coaches, PeoplePeople, Systemic Change Associates, Kingston, Croydon, Haringey and Barnet GP Federations, Jewish Care, Huntingdon Community Cancer Network and Bedford Hospital NHS Trust.
